Terms of use

1. Purpose

Assetlr is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that lets web agencies centralise the collection of the items needed to launch their web projects: briefs, copy, files, credentials, photos, visual identities. It offers a shared client space, automatic checks powered by artificial intelligence, built-in messaging and an optional reminder system.

2. Registration and account

Registration to the service is free and reserved for professionals (agencies, freelancers, studios). The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all actions carried out from their account.

4. Usage limits

• Maximum size per file: 10 MB
• Maximum total size per project: 100 MB
• Accepted formats: any standard file (images, PDF, ZIP, text documents, etc.)

5. Submitted content

The user (agency or client) warrants that they hold the necessary rights to all content submitted to the service (text, images, logos, personal data, etc.).

Assetlr and Clickeasy cannot be held liable for content submitted by users. Any illegal, defamatory, counterfeit content or content infringing third-party rights may result in immediate suspension of the account.

6. Service availability

Clickeasy strives to ensure optimal availability of the service. However, interruptions may occur for technical, maintenance or force majeure reasons. No availability guarantee is contractually undertaken on the Free and Pro plans. The Agency plan benefits from a best-effort availability commitment.

7. Artificial intelligence checks

Assetlr offers automatic AI checks of submissions (analysis of format, length, consistency). This check is indicative and does not replace human validation by the agency. Clickeasy cannot be held liable for an erroneous AI validation.

8. Account and data deletion

The user may delete their account at any time from the agency space (Settings → My profile → Danger zone), provided that no active subscription is in progress.

Deleting the account results in the permanent destruction of all associated projects, files and data. This operation is irreversible.

9. Intellectual property

The user retains full rights over the content they submit to Assetlr. Clickeasy acquires no licence to use this content other than the processing strictly necessary to provide the service.

10. Amendments to the Terms

Clickeasy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any substantial change will be notified to users by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Lyon Court of Appeal (Clickeasy registered office) shall have sole jurisdiction.
